While staying in Granada, Phil and I did a day trip to the Alpujarras Region to explore the little white villages. It was nice to get out of the city and enjoy the cool fresh mountain air. It was also nice to make use of our car and wander aimlessly through the swerving mountain roads. There are a ton of hiking trails which we didn’t plan for, but we really enjoyed hitting each of the villages along the way, like Lanjarón, Pampaneira and Bubion. It was the perfect little getaway!
